Hello, my name is Sally Hine, my life experiences and personal challenges took me to therapy. From my therapist I received gentle support and acceptance, and through that I learnt about myself, and how to understand and manage the feelings and emotions that I may encounter in the future.
A result of therapy was that I decided to retrain and become a counsellor, to offer back to others what I had received.
I am passionate about the value and benefits of therapy. I offer you warmth, empathy, honesty and understanding.
I know that when I experience a balance within my emotional health I am better able to maintain healthy relationships with family & friends in my life.
I believe that a balanced emotional health is essential for continued personal growth and development, and that experiencing this will help to support you through any difficult times that you may encounter.
Asking for support and talking about your feelings through therapy can help you support your mental health.
Outside of work, I have a dog (Lilly the beagle) that needs lots of walks to work off her energy. I enjoy baking, I always make too much so others do benefit. I find being outside is the best therapy for me, listening, smelling, and we live in the best county for this.
